Projects: Charanchi LGA Completes 1st Round Waiting for Another Round - Chairman

Charanchi local government area has completed the first phase execution of projects across the area.
Chairman of the local council Alhaji Ibrahim Sani made this known when the Media Team of the state Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs visited the area on projects media tour.
The Chairman represented by his Vice Alhaji Aminu Hassan explained that all the ongoing projects as approved by the state Governor Malam Dikko Umar Radda had already been inspected by the Supervising Ministry and currently completed successfully.
Ibrahim Sani said his council procured six Hilux vehicle for security, two additional buses for the council, 30 number of motorcycles in addition to those provided by the state government for the Joint Task Force initiated by the council.
The Chairman also disclosed that the local council converted a veterinary structure to a health facility after some repairs, renovation and construction of wall fence at Safana Vilage, health facility at Banye was also repaired and toilets were provided as well as renovation of Ganuwa clinic.
Other Projects executed by the local council according to the Chairman and also visited by the Media Team include conversion of Fish House to office accommodation for NSCDC which was completely renovated, and Water and Sanitation (WATSAN) Office which was wrecked and abandoned for the past five years, now completely renovated and ready for operational activities.
According to the Chairman, the local council had constructed an Islamiyya School with one block of two classrooms at Jewa Village and a Community Mosque at Dona Village in Koda Ward which the Media Team had visited during the tour.
The Chairman commended Governor Dikko Radda, Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs Professor Badamasi Lawal Charanchi for their effective enforcement and timely allocation of funds for the execution of the projects.
After conducting the Media Team round the projects successfully completed by the council, the Head of Building Unit who is also the Deputy Drector Works of the local council Engineer Mohammad Mansir Shema applauded the efforts of the Governor, Commissioner Badamasi Charanchi and the Chairman of the local council Alhaji Ibrahim Sani for their unprecedented achievements.
Mamman Sarki Charanchi who is In -Charge of WATSAN Koda and Ibrahim Namakera on behalf of the beneficiaries, expressed delight over the projects.
